Disclosure
We do not disclose information about your individual visits
to tchealth.com or personal information that you
may give us such as your name, address, E-mail address, or
telephone number to any outside companies.

Treasure Coast Health is strongly committed to protecting
the privacy of consumers of its interactive products and services.

Doctor Directory
Information you give us specifically for the "Doctor
Directory" is considered public information. (We will
be making this information public on this web site) We will
not disclose your fax number to other companies nor post it
on our site. We also ask you before putting your company email
address live on our site.
Individuals and other companies will be free to get your
email from this site if you have choosen to allow it to be
public. They will however have a real hard time doing it with
email harvesting programs as the webmaster has taken great
care to ban them from this site. If you get any spam that
you feel may be related to this site WE WANT TO KNOW. Please
email us a copy of the offending email to abuse@tchealth.com
with the full headers.
If you choose to add yourself to our database via the "Add
your Practice" form or choose to edit your information
via the "Edit your information" form we will attempt
to make some sort of verification. This may include calling
your office. We will not attempt to solicit you during a verification
call unless you have agreed to let us do so.
You can remove yourself from our database by sending an email
to remove@tchealth.com.
Please include enough information to allow us to correctly
identify you in the database. (I.e. your name, city(s) your
practice is in and a phone number so we can contact you or
your staff to verify your request)
